LEVEL 1 ( INTRODUCTORY )
Basic poses are introduced emphasizing mobility, stability, strength, and alignment.
Students are gradually introduced to the philosophy of yoga and relationship between body, mind, and breath.
LEVEL 2
More challenging postures are introduced including standing poses, headstand,
shoulderstand cycle, backbends, forward bends and twists.
LEVEL 3
The work deepens with further exploration of standing poses, inversions,
backbends, forwardbend cycle, twists and Pranayama (controlled breathing).
INTRODUCTORY COURSE FOR MEN
This introductory course will cover standing poses, forward bends, back bends,
twists and basic inversions and is well suited for students new to yoga.
This class is aimed at assisting men to regain and maintain their flexibility,
strength and stamina; men of all ages are welcome
GENTLE YOGA
A gentle, slower-paced class for those experiencing pain
or limitations due to injury, stress or other health concerns.
YOGA FOR HEALTHY BACKS
This class will focus on yoga poses that strengthen and
stretch the body, bringing stability and health
to the back and spine.
